Modern 4BR Spacious Family Apartment in Yas Island

Recommended, highlights were golf course views, nice pool, good sized rooms, upscale neighborhood Positive: Good sized of rooms, clean, upscale neighborhood, security, nice pool, gym, golf course views as we stayed in 3+1 bedroom apartment, admin resolved most issues Negative: Initially they gave us one parking, on insistence they gave us 2 spots which is standard for 3 bedroom apartment, at times on weekends there will be no response from the admin office, or delayed. Kitchen without door was challenging especially if you make food at home, simewhat pricey and increasing every week despite we stayed more than 8 weeks

The perfect apartment and location for our purposes, unfortunately marred by the water heater issue. Positive: The location was amazing in the centre of Yas Island. The views were spectacular of the city line, Yas Links golf course, lagoon, mangroves and the motor racing circuit. The patio outside even in May was cool enough to enjoy early in the morning Negative: The water heater in the main bedroom en-suite bathroom stopped working after a few days and despite advising the hosts twice was not resolved before we left. There was not a complete set of matching crockery and mugs and glasses and there was no frying pan in the kitchen.

The location was great and the layout was even better. Definitely recommend
